So, today I watched the new Hunger Games movie with my family. Honestly, I read the books and wasn't much of a fan. I am rather fond of the Divergent series, though, which reminds me a lot of the former because of the Dystopian society.
And I'd like to point out that even though this is a beauty blog, I still plan to make posts on my day-to-day life as well. I think it helps you all get to know me, and I hope in time I'll become familiar with some of you as well. I can't wait to have more people to share my love of makeup with via this blog.
But anyways, I enjoyed the movie despite the series not being my favorite. I actually thought it was the better one of the three movies so far. I felt myself getting pulled into Katniss' shoes often and the characters did elicit emotional reactions from the audience-- I am just speaking for myself here, obviously.
